About Me

This website is about my art practice. I work primarily in photography but also a little in sculpture, craft, textiles, and digital design to create the images I envision. I design and mount my own sets. I make many of my props. I offer bespoke customization of dolls and personalized Tinder profiles—both of people as dolls, and of actual human beings.

Sometimes, I’m asked how I became a fraud consultant with a PhD who makes art. Mostly, I’m naturally curious. I have many interests that might seem unrelated but in fact fit together. I love to make interesting and beautiful things, and artistic expression is an important part of my life. My academic background in criminological and sociological theory, training as a qualitative researcher and counsellor, and love of the arts have resulted in an art practice that looks at intimacy and relationships with curiosity and humour.

I hold a doctorate in criminology and sociolegal studies, and I’m trained as a qualitative researcher. I consult for victims of fraud. If you’re here looking to talk to me about a fraud case, you can find more information about me and my consulting practice at Anti-Fraud Intelligence Consulting.
